New additional guideline: No eating food that is called by the same name in every language (example: Whoppers and Doritos), no food that comes to you via car window, no food made in plants, and when shopping, I shall aim to avoid the center of the supermarket, shopping the peripheries. The goals of this week involve eating no fast or junk food, and trying to avoid heavily processed or packaged food. Also, I have added a no-soda rule. Nothing, even if it’s diet, because it’s not as good for you as other drinks, especially water ( I feel I know so many dehydrated people) and is toxic (ever since I heard Coke can dissolve bone in less than a day, I didn’t want it in my stomach). Absolutely no runs to McDonalds or 7-11 shall be tolerated!
